Nailixir
Your daily elixir for stronger nails, curated shades, and care that fits your rhythm
Privacy Policy
Nailixir is built for people who treat nail care as a small ritual — logging routines, saving favorite lacquers, and sketching looks without the noise of a social feed. This page describes what the app may touch on your iPhone, what remains on your device, and how we handle the limited data connected to this website.

- Open the bottle, no sign-in Start a care journal, browse shade ideas, and set gentle reminders — the core experience works without creating an account.
- Your manicure diary stays private Routine notes, polish names, and photo references you save are not sold to advertisers or traded with data brokers.
- Light touch by intention Nailixir gathers only what keeps the app useful. We do not profile you from how often you repaint or which colors you favor.
What This Policy Covers
This notice applies to the Nailixir app distributed on the Apple App Store and the public reference materials hosted on this domain. It is written for anyone who installs the app or reads this page.
Information We Handle
Nailixir does not require your legal name, email address, phone number, home address, government ID, or payment information to use its everyday features.
Care logs, polish entries, custom labels, and completion history you type or attach stay on your device for your personal reference. That material is not harvested for ad targeting or resold to third parties.
When the app fetches shared content — onboarding copy, placeholder hints, or starter care templates — it may call public JSON endpoints on this site. Those responses carry generic text only; they never include the contents of your private journal.
Permissions on Your Device
Nailixir may ask for notification access if you schedule a cuticle oil reminder or a salon appointment nudge. Photo library access applies only when you choose to attach a reference shot to a look or log entry. Camera, microphone, contacts, and location stay unused unless a future release clearly needs them and this policy is revised accordingly.
Standard iOS storage and network permissions keep the app responsive and allow optional template updates. Crash diagnostics you share with Apple follow Apple's privacy practices, not ours directly.
Third-Party Services
Hosting providers operate this policy page and our public API. They maintain server logs needed for security and reliability, governed by their own privacy statements.
Should we add analytics or customer-support tooling later, we will list those vendors here and restrict sharing to what each tool genuinely requires.
Children
Nailixir is not aimed at users under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If a minor submitted data by mistake, contact us through App Store support and we will assist with removal where possible.
Retention and Security
Journal entries and polish records inside Nailixir remain under your control on your iPhone. Delete individual items in the app or remove Nailixir entirely to clear local storage.
We apply reasonable safeguards to hosted pages and APIs. No system is perfect — treat sensitive photos or health-related notes with the same discretion you would offline.
Your Choices
You may stop using Nailixir at any time. Turn off notifications or restrict network access in iOS Settings for an offline workflow where the app supports it.
To request access, correction, or deletion of data we process directly, reach out via the support channel listed on the App Store product page.
Policy Updates
We may revise this notice as Nailixir grows or regulations shift. The date above reflects meaningful changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where applicable law permits.
